Looks rough from the outside, but the rooms were basic but comfortable. Staff was friendly too.You can't find a place to sleep at a better price.Only downside is there is a train nearby and the upstairs people were loud.Not the best place for a light sleeper. I'd personally would not come back due to the noise level, but give them a try

Sept 2024:Convenient to find, and located right across the street from a restaurant. Parking lot tight when full.Check in was very friendly,The room was simple, but clean.No amenities (like pool, breakfast, exercise room)Had mini fridge, microwave, shower/tub...Our room was missing a coffeemaker and the TV remote but the woman at the front desk brought both over to us. Bathroom has its own heater for those chilly winters!We were satisfied with a good sleep.A lot of contractors/workers stayed here.Edit: owners response says there IS a breakfast (but we were never informed upon check in and there was no signage about breakfast)

Room was good enough, can’t expect much for the price - service was fine, Free wifi which was helpful since there is No TV… unless you search through all of the channels and find one - maybe . I Asked front desk for channel listing but was told they have minimal TV package and no channel listing available. Get your phone out…

A great location in downtown Dauphin near recreation and entertainment complex. Room was updated nicely. We stayed 3 nights and found it quiet and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but everything was provided as advertised and very practical.

Room was newly renovated but the cleaning needs to be better. Shower was dirty needs a good scrub and change the bed sheets and blankets more often. Price point is good but rooms not kept clean enough. Will not be staying here again
